Diversity and Inclusion
FTI 1229 International Foundation Diversity and Inclusion for the United States
Participants will learn the terms, concepts, skills and knowledge needed to develop and lead an inclusive and diversified workforce. Topics will include important terms related to culture, diversity and inclusion; diversity in context of race/religion/sexual orientation; intercultural confidence and competence, healthy and diverse teams, and moral and ethical leadership.
