The next game-changer is to be able to reach the youth in our schools. They are the next generation of IUPAT members, and we need to ensure our organization is a career option they are familiar with as they graduate high school. They need to know we offer an accredited apprenticeship program and an associate’s degree while receiving a debt-free education and work in an industry that will provide for their family. Knowing this will make the IUPAT the preferred choice for their future.
